As a FAB 17 Technician at Micron, you will provide technical support of manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities will include assisting engineering as required to meet department goals, and monitor equipment performance data and reports. You will initiate communication on equipment and process issues and actively participates in feedback sessions with EES and other groups. Additionally, you will assist the operator trainers and technicians with area certifications; work closely with production, engineering, facilities, and vendors; assist technicians with troubleshooting difficult problems; train technicians on equipment, procedures, and available resources; and keep personal knowledge up:to:date on all equipment
As a Technician in F17, you have the opportunity to work in multiple process areas on a wide array of equipment platforms including but not limited to:
:Photo Tracks and Steppers
:Dry Etch LAM and AMAT
:CVD AMAT, Producer
:PVD NEXX
:Wet Process DNS, JST, SEZ, UW300Z hoods, scrubbers and spin tools
:CMP Reflexion
:Diffusion furnaces
:Metal Plating JST, Sabre, NEXX
:Metrology/RDA
:Sorters, stockers, FOUP washers
Qualifications (experience, skills, education):
Successful candidates for this position will have:
:The ability to perform electrical and mechanical trouble:shooting and repair of various types of manufacturing equipment.
:Good written and verbal communication skills.
:The ability to work both independently and as a team member.
:Good social, professional, and relationship building skills.
:The ability to stay focused and calm when dealing with multiple tasks.
:Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and/or any shift.

Education:
AAS degree or Military equivalent.
