Listings Manager in Lewiston, Idaho For Sale

We have an immediate opening for a full-time in-house listings manager in Boise. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who is detail oriented, reliable, punctual, and organized. Real estate experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate! If you have escrow, title or mortgage experience great, we want to talk to you too!
Listings Manager Responsibilities (include but are not necessarily limited to):
-Acting as liaison between and coordinate with real estate agents, clients, photographers, stagers, cleaners, and title companies throughout the transaction.
-Handling all listing transactions from listing to under contract.
-Coordinating all listing activities.
-Ensuring all documents are in compliance (e.g., executed and initialed correctly, required disclosures are secured, etc.)
-Maintaining files and the production, coordination and processing of all information and documents pertaining to each transaction.
-Monitoring and assessing the progress of the transaction so that deadlines are met and transactions progress smoothly.
-Entering accurate information into MLS.

-Attention to detail and deadlines
-Ability to multi-task and problem solve
-Solid clerical or administrative background with above-average computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
